Many of you know, latest versions of Windows Live applications can be downloaded for free from http://get.live.com/. However, these applications need to be downloaded through a web installer. If you have a high speed, high bandwidth connection this would be great. But what if you have multiple computers, a computer with no internet access or a computer with limited internet access (time limited, data cap, low bandwidth, etc)? Since the web installer does not create a redistributable setup file on the system, you cannot download the Live apps once and install it on many computers.
